The beginnings of Charles E. Groff Moving and Storage can be traced back to one hardworking man who began his career in 1949 working as a part time mover for a small, local moving company. In 1962, that employee - Charles E. Groff - took advantage of a unique opportunity to buy the small moving business from the retiring owner. Charles E. Groff Moving & Storage was born. In the early days, Charles did all of the work himself and had no employees. His dedication to personal service, honesty and his love for people helped to grow the business and supp
