John Palmer Trucking began in 1928 as a one truck company owned by John Palmer, who operated a small office and storage area on Bradford Street in West Concord, Massachusetts. When John retired in 1971, his brother Lennie and his nephew Craig, former company employees, bought the business. In 1978, Lennie's other son Nate, an engineer from California, joined the company partnership. By 1979, the Palmers had built a new warehouse at 55 Domino Drive in West Concord, Massachusetts. This is when they incorporated and became John Palmer Moving and Storag
