In early 1930 Arnold Leo Ball started moving families locally in the Metro Louisville area. After the Great Flood of 1937, he expanded the local moving company with a storage warehouse for families that were rebuilding from the flood. A. L. Ball took his company one step further in having his warehouse approved to store household goods for government branches out of Ft. Knox KY. Currently Wendel Ball, youngest son of A. L. Ball continues to operate the business with the same commitment to service and customer satisfaction as his father.
